A program of activities is being developed by the Statehood Steering Committee. Statehood will be on display at places coming to your community such as the annual Shows. Information will be made available to schools and visits will be undertaken to communities across the Northern Territory. The Committee will be meeting in different locations over time to conduct public forums. At these meetings any person will be able to come and meet the members and provide their views on issues of Statehood. A series of Fact Sheets have been developed on Statehood. The Steering Committee asks you to look at these and let us know if they answer your questions or if you have more questions that we can answer in any future Fact Sheets or other publications from the Statehood Steering Committee.
